How do I figure out how my Scout is doing?

Posted by admin on Nov 15 2025 - 5:10pm

There are lots of different websites that Scouting utilizes to track your Scout's progress for merit badges and advancement, all merit badge pamphlets and Troop specific information.  All the sites can be very confusing and overwhelming, so here is a quick overview.  If for some reason you do not have access to a site please reach out to one of the Adult Leadership and we'll work on helping you get set up. **Just remember that when you are signing up for the various sites, that you use an email address that you check regularly.

National Outdoor Award Tracking

Posted by admin on Nov 15 2025 - 2:01pm

The tracking sheets for the individual Scout's National Outdoor Awards activities has been imported into SOAR.  If you want to see what your Scout has achieved so far and what they need to do to achieve an award you can check the sheet.  If you have any questions about the sheet, please reach out to Nichole or Josh Call.  The document can be found here.  https://ankeny182.mytroop.us/system/files/NationalOutdoorAwardsTracking11152025.pdf
