Next week's meeting is the last meeting before the August Court of Honor.  The Scouts will be working on finishing merit badges and boards of review, any extra registered adults would be appreciated so that we can ensure that all the Scouts' needs are handled.

Since we just had PLC and Committee Meetings 2 weeks ago, it was decided that there was no need for the meetings this week.  Enjoy the day!

There are still spots available to assist with Jack Ethington's Eagle Project Work Day next Saturday, August 15th at 9:00 am.  Jack's project is building duck nesting boxes.  If your Scout would like to participate, please sign them up via SOAR.

The September Camp Out is planned for a canoeing trip.  To help us plan for the correct number canoes needed, a post has been put up on the Troop FB page asking for tentative attendees.  Please review and add comments to the post so that we can start planning now.

The August Court of Honor is coming up at the end of the month.  Along with Troop Elections and Meal Planning at this week's Troop Meeting the Scouts will also be working on advancement and merit badge completion.

Since there were just PLC and Committee meetings last week, the Adult Committee determined that there is no need for another PLC and Committee meeting after this camp out.
